Case Study: Drayton Mills Townhomes

The Drayton Mills neighborhood has a rich history, originally serving as a hub for the textile industry. The neighborhood's centerpiece, the historic Drayton Mills, has been transformed into a vibrant mixed-use space featuring luxury loft apartments, restaurants, and shops. 

The Drayton Townhome project will add 90 rental units to the area, with easy access to the Hillcrest shopping center, Mary Black Hospital, the newly constructed Spartanburg High School, and downtown Spartanburg. A pool and clubhouse will give tenants the desired on-site amenities. The townhomes will contain 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom units with stainless steel appliances, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a 2-car garage.
