• Fort Prince Industrial Park: Location is everything, and this 753-acre industrial park is ideally situated in the thriving manufacturing and shipping corner of Spartanburg County.
• Drayton Mills Marketplace: Starting with a $10m capital investment, Montgomery Development Group transformed former textile mill space into a diverse mix of retail, restaurant and service businesses.
• 145 W Main Street: Montgomery Development Group is leading the renovation of historic 145 W. Main Street in Downtown Spartanburg. This three-story, 6,000 square foot building overlooking Morgan Square was built in 1890 and is now welcoming new tenants.
