145 W. Main Street in Downtown Spartanburg

Montgomery Development Group recently completed the renovation of historic 145 W. Main Street in Downtown Spartanburg. This three-story, 6,000 square foot building overlooking Morgan Square was built in 1890. It was formerly the home of the Carolina Gallery.

Montgomery Development Group renovated the building to welcome new tenants Colliers International, the real estate and brokerage firm, who will use the address as their Spartanburg office. Other tenants include Bond Street Wines, Wall Street Gourmet Exchange, and Assured Partners.

The building is now fully leased.
