Perhaps no project better exemplifies the company’s commitment to creating high-end, multi-family housing than Drayton Lofts in the Upstate of South Carolina. The $50 million, mixed-use development is transforming a 113-year-old mill into 289 luxury apartment units, accompanied by a state-of-the-art fitness center, shared outdoor recreation area and access to a multi-use trail. Once fully realized, the project also will include nearly 300 acres of architecturally unique single family homes, transforming that portion of Spartanburg County.
